The interior of this home has been completely upgraded with new furniture, appliances, and other amenities. Take advantage of the free WiFi, catch a favorite show or movie on the cable TVs or head out to your private, fenced yard, and enjoy a swim in the evening air. The furnished patio also comes with a grill so you can have yourselves a fun family cookout.

We are just south of Patrick Air Force Base, Satellite Beach. Restaurants and plenty of sights to see including:

* Hour to Disney World- Epcot- Universal Studios- Orlando!

* Live Music Venues are within half a mile or take a quick Uber ride for few bucks to Downtown Melbourne or Cocoa... Port Canaveral also is quite the place: Enjoy the Port with fine dining, or casual dining overlooking the cruise ships going and coming in... or fishing (catch your fish and have it cooked right there at the port).
* The Indian River, just blocks away, is a great place to paddleboard, boat, and check out local wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, birds, etc.


THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
It's an ideal location just off the beach yet in a very quiet established neighborhood. You will be happy to find within 2 blocks our nearest beach, Millenium Park Beach with small park for kids and parking spaces.

Subdivision backs “Gleason Park” which is perfect for runs, picnics, walks, and has beautiful fountains.

Downtown Melbourne (Eau Gallie) is where you will find endless shops, restaurants, art galleries, pubs and more

The house is close to Publix supermarket and Walmart( 0.9 miles away). If you are looking for a more sophisticated meal or picnic goodies, try the Green Turtle market where they have an eclectic wine selection, fresh seafood, and the best French bread, baked daily.

Our favorite breakfast place is Corey's Bagel house. This is where you will find New York-style bagels made to order.

Are you a surfer? Then wax your board and take a quick drive to the beach. There are many stores that will provide surf lessons, and daily or weekly board rentals.
Tired of the beach? Check out the Banana River for jet skiing, canoeing, and kayaking (Kelly Park in Cocoa).

Sunsets: Make sure you head to the Melbourne Pier for the most gorgeous sunset overlooking the Banana River. Fishing is also a favorite past time of this charming pier.

Adventures: Disneyland, Legoland, Seaworld, Universal Studios are excellent day trips, approximately an hour drive from the home.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. We have no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, parties, and sex offenders. **Minimum rental age is 25- no exceptions**

Cute house with plenty of space
This was a great place to stay! Loved the beachy decor! Kids had plenty of space to do their thing. Pool was great and we could walk to the beach. Master was on the opposite side of the house so I could sleep and not hear the teens that are night owls! Nice, safe neighborhood. Lou’s Blues was not far and a great place for nightlife with great bands. Shopping wasn’t far. Owner’s were quickly responsive if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!!

Total Relaxation and Perfection!
My family came to this lovely home after 4 crazy busy days in Disney. This house had everything we needed and more! We cooked in almost every night and the house had everything we needed. The pool was AMAZING! We enjoyed it every single day! The bedrooms were comfortable and the beds were super cozy and comfy. My husband and I went for a few walks around the cute neighborhood and chatted with several very friendly people. The beach was walking distance for sure, but we chose to drive and park at the little beach parking lot about 2 minutes from the house. The beach was BEAUTIFUL! The owners - I have nothing but praise to write about them. They were super responsive to all communication. They thought of everything that could be needed for a wonderful stay. They were so kind and considerate. Grocery stores, Target, Walmart, etc were very close. We spent one morning playing pickleball just a short drive away. We drove to Cocoa Beach for dinner at Bruno’s Pizza one night….and the kids loved shopping at Ron Jon. We did the bioluminescence kayak tour one night as well. This house is a 10/10. We have already been talking about our return! :)

The best
The house was so easy to access and in a great place! Everything was so clean and nicely placed around the house! The pool was the perfect temperature and they even provided extra floats! It was so clean outside on the patio and in the pool!! Very pleased with the cleanliness!!

Great Time
We enjoyed our stay at this quaint house. It was exactly as advertised. Easy access just off A1A. Lots of space for a family and the pool was refreshing. Multiple TVs for your enjoyment (although we didn’t watch much TV). Plenty of supplies were available for the dishwasher and laundry. One oddity, there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. Wasn’t horrible, but we had to live out of suitcases for the week.

Great location. Near beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, shopping and fishing. Fun place to go with family and kids. The pool was a huge plus. Nothing fancy but very comfortable and clean house made for a relaxing vacation. Never had to leave the island!

Very nice property, great location; within walking distance of a State beach Access with restroom. Close to stores. Very clean and accessible. Great communication with owner; pool filter system wasn't working when first arrived; texted owner and was immediately responsive. Definitely recommend for a visit to the Cape Canaveral area.

Great Wedding Weekend Stay
I was in town with two friends and their significant others for a wedding, so this location was great for us to be able to easily get to and from the venue as well as close to grocery stores and places to eat. It was a bit too cold for the pool, but we still were able to enjoy sitting out back. Gleason Park was a short walk away and nice path fro a walk or run. All in all, it was a successful and enjoyable stay.

Pros- Nicely decorated, close to beach Cons- House was over 78 degrees the majority of the time. - Unable to enjoy cooking or living room due to the heat in the house. The one master bedroom cooled off and that was it. - They did have an AC guy come out who said it was an insulation problem in the house. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU TRIP IS IN THE PEAK OF SUMMER. - - It's a shame it but a huge damper in our trip in what would have otherwise been a great property, but would not stay again.

Great Stay at the Beach
Enjoyed swimming at beach a 5 minute walk away, and also in the deep (6 feet) pool in the backyard. Easy drive to grocery stores, property is in a nice neighborhood that is quiet and safe and welcoming. Saw a space X launch from the beach across the street. Easy check-in, everything you need to cook at home, lots of fun, one hour from Orlando airport and an easy drive.

The house was beautiful and we had a great time spending the weekend there. We unfortunately got there during a tropical storm and couldn’t go to the beach. Thankfully the house had plenty enough room, the kids enjoyed the pool during the breaks of the storm, and the little game room was a great plus. Would definitely stay again!

Great house by the beach!
House was clean, owners were responsive to questions! Great location, so close to beach access with parking! Shed had chairs, some beach toys, and boogie boards! We enjoyed the pool as well! I assumed the game/play room was part of the house, but it had a seperate entryway, so we couldn’t have our young kids sleep there, as planned. We used the futons in the living room and sunroom instead.
