Stayed here for a few days with our dogs. The hotel charged us $25 per dog per day, and I really felt they didn’t want them there so not truly “pet-friendly”. The hotel is old but beds were comfortable.

Reserved 2 rooms a year in advance before prices jumped for Taylor Swift. The card I used at the time had since been compromised but since I chose to pay at the hotel I was going to give them a new card I wanted to pay with when we checked in. Someone from hotel called my number asking for the other person 1 of the rooms was under without ever identifying himself as being from Baymont. We did not understand him & said it was a wrong number which really it was. He never tried again & we thought maybe it was the hotel so we called back. He said the card I used to reserve the room declined & since I said it was a wrong number the ONE time he tried to call he had to cancel the reservation. I told him the card declined because I had a new number & asked why I couldn’t just give him the new number but he said it was too late. I asked him about our other room & he said he had it but he would have to cancel that one too because the card declined. I again said I had the new card number but he refused to take it & said I should have updated it in Expedia which isn’t an option after your reservation was made. They up & cancelled everything on us. We were still 2 hours away & it was a few hours before 3pm checkin. I have never had a hotel run a card before we arrived & aren’t there in person. Usually at check-in they ask for ID & card when you are IN PERSON. It made no sense other then they could turn around & rebook the rooms for $300 more under the Taylor Swift inflated prices.

The toilet in our room was clogged and had what appeared to be vomit in it. Bathroom sink in the room we were switched to was dirty. Hotel staff immediately moved us to another room when contacted about the issue. Service was prompt and hotel staff were as friendly and helpful.

The room was really spacious. Except for the outdated nightstands and entertainment center, the rest of the room was awesome. The only bad thing to say was the view out the window wasn't anything, but that is a minor detail. The bathroom was very nice. Clean, nicely furnished. Everything you could ask for. The breakfast in the morning was first rate. Hot meal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, fruit and cereal. The price was truly exceptional. Close to the event we went there for. This is a hotel to stay at. If we are in the area again. It's on our list. Thanks to all

This property was filthy. There was old food splattered on the walls/painting in the room. The bathroom was nasty, pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty tub sink still had splattered toothpaste on the sink knobs and mirror. The sink drain was broken. And they left an *extra roll* of tp that was nearly all used. Breakfast was terrible, as there was nothing out, and when asked to replenish the part cakes and cereal, the wait was over 30 minutes then there was not enough for the guests waiting. Overall would not ever give this establishment my money again!
