Didn’t know what to expect since I haven’t heard of this hotel brand before but I will always search for this hotel when I travel. Upgraded carpets , furniture and other amenities throughout the hotel. The staff was all friendly. Each hotel associate I encountered greeted me with a “ hello” and a smile. Property is immaculate outside and well kept. Take your chances on this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Nice huge Jacuzzi room
I would stay there again. We got the jacuzzi room. It was big in size. Yo I can fit 2 king size beds and a couch in the room. Very nice room. Only thing I would say was a downer was each night we were there someone was smoking a huge amount of weed and it was all in my room. We stayed for 2 nights and each night after 12 is when I smelled it. Of course it’s not the property fault because they are not the ones doing it. Just so happen there are people that’s feels they should do that anywhere. It’s their business. I just think they should be mindful of others. Nice breakfast and nice ladies serving it and they kept things clean.

lights were flashing/blinking outside all night long they clearly need a new bulb put in but flashing in my wimdow all night ... on top of the tack strip.going into the bathroom was missing the carpet and kept gettjn stuck goin in and out of the restroom ... along with no coffee at breakfast the machine was down ... food was cold ... very disappointed

The front desk was nice and helpful. Pool area was clean. Coffee maker at breakfast was broke, but a deal breaker. Room and bathroom were all clean. We came inlater in the evening and had to leave early. Breakfast was ready on time and there was a nice variety.

We got to the hotel about 1:00 AM. The elevator wasn’t working but we were given a room on the top floor. We were given a key to a room that already had people in it. So that’s a very awkward moment at 1:00 AM to basically break into another person’s room. The desk agent was very friendly, but not overly competent. 2nd attempt to get a room was still on the top floor… but at least it didn’t have other people in it. Beds were nice, but the pillows were so small. It was half the length of a normal pillow so I woke up with a kinked neck. Free shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Room was dirty, unkept, smelled terrible. Hair on the bed, shower was dirty and railing on tub was dirty. Told someone at the desk about my room, and she didn’t know what to do. Was told she was just filling in, person working was running late. It was almost 1 in the morning. So we just went to bed. Spoke to someone else that next morning, she said she didn’t know what to do and the GM would be in later. At this point my partner and I didn’t want to stay anymore. How could so many people working not have a clue how to handle a situation. Once we got our things loaded to leave, I did run into the general manager, Who look like she just came in from off the street, Had no professionalism to her at all, And pretty much blamed me for the problems that I was facing. I paid for the room through Expedia so I was not able to get a refund, but Sonesta can keep my money since you all need it so so much. Will never return, Hope no one else has a bad experience

We stayed here for the Eras tour. The staff were exceptionally kind with great customer service. Some even traded bracelets with us. The room was perfect. It was very clean. The only part that wasn’t the most clean was the hallways but we only walked through a few times: it was absolutely perfect for a weekend trip in Indianapolis
