We booked a room through hotels.com. We had 3 adults and one big child. We booked a king room with a DOUBLE pull out couch bed. When we arrived, the pull out couch bed was NOT a double. It was a single ( 3 ft wide) . Not enough for 2 people. Also the mattress on it was about 2 inches thick and floppy. This was on top of metal wire springs. It was impossible for 2 or even one to sleep on.

Bed was not comfortable, ac unit was super loud all night, very hard to sleep, none of the trash cans in our room had liners and there was no microwave in the room, probably wouldnt stay there again
