We stayed here for the last night of the Eras tour and even after two days of madness the staff and space were perfection on night three. They thought if every detail and worked so hard to make the stay an experience. Room was excellent, quiet, clean, and comfy! It was a wonderful experience by the team!

The mattress was worn out with a ridge down the middle and sloped to the side. This alone was unacceptable. Lighting was dim and only by shaded lamps. There were many unilluminated spaces in the room. The room coffee was horrid. The powdered creamer was not much better. The print on the shower products, printed in light green, was unintelligible. The product design in Germany, gravity squeeze and bright white print, was far superior packaging. Elevator call buttons did not illuminate when selected. Panel buttons were non standard inside the elevators. Water temperature was tepid at best and pressure weak. The added charge for parking was not clear in the reservation on Expedia, but worked well. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

Nice, big room. Slow elevators, bad parking
We were in Indianapolis for a concert. The area was really hectic due to this. We arrived at the hotel before 4pm and were told that the self parking was already full. The valet people were stressed out and rude both on vehicle drop off and pick up. The room we had was huge. It was mostly clean except an earbud on the ground that was not ours and the body wash in the shower was empty. The beds were very comfortable. We did not hear anyone in any other rooms. I could only hear showers/toilets in other rooms if I was in the bathroom. Only one elevator was working. Making it crazy to get into the rooms when the hotel was so busy. The valet parking was $55.
