The Space:
Our spacious 2 bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail.

CozySuites guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests


No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building (~$15-17/day; $125/month).

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Great, except ...
A lovely apartment, with everything you could ask for including a little deck to sit at with our morning coffee. And I wanted to take home the bed; I haven't slept that well in a while. BUT ... We had two cars. Directions said one car should go next to the building, with a parking pass card in the window -- but all the spots were consistently filled. Second car was supposed to go in the half dozen "visitor" spots (for an apartment complex of hundreds), but there were big warning signs against unauthorized use, and there was nothing that let us "authorize" the second car. Text messages made clear I was talking to an AI, and not a very smart one at that. Phone call gave some relief, as we were able to leave notice of our second car in case it got towed, but that's not a very restful situation. (I can only imagine if the car HAD been towed what we would have to go through.) Fix the car situation, and you've got a winner. But I wouldn't go back until I knew it was fixed.

Great Location, Beautiful Apartment
The apartment met all of our needs. It’s in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s in a highly secured building and is a beautiful and clean apartment that had everything we needed for the week. I would suggest a foam topper to make the front room bed softer. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

zero parking space's ,had to park at a food store down the block,someone took our space and they did
nice ,a little dirty in the bathrooms,but if you just go there to sleep then it's O.K.,,make sure that you can park your car on the property
