According to Hotels.com I was booking a room that slept 4. Room only had a king and a lounger. I called customer service and while the agent did try to get a rollaway bed (none on property), he could not get us a new room because it wasn't booked with Hilton directly. I asked the front desk if they could get us a room that slept four. They did with no questions asked. Make sure you know what you are booking and don't bother with customer service, just ask the front desk

They bump the hotel.com booking for Hilton Honors
Hotel was fine. Decent location to the convention center. Upon Check in they had gave away my double queen room to people who “check in ahead online.” These are Hilton Honor guests. So they bumped the third party booking people. Just an fyi. Over three days they placated me. Two different managers Bre and Ashley, did not return my calls. And the desk staff never followed up. hotels.com had to get involved.

This is such a unique property! The entrance is in an old church right along the canal. You can walk everywhere. The stadium and shopping are .8 of a mile away. It’s quiet, modern and clean. Great hotel.
