Double check your driving directions as the roads and area are new and Apple Maps directed us wrong. Everything about the hotel was great with modern and convenient furnishings, plugs for electronics, comfort.

Clean, fresh place. Good choices for breakfast. Very nice place to stay. Only negative is that our room was not ready at 3:40, when check-in was at 3:00. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our room. But everything else was top-notch.

Had a good stay. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet room. The chairs in room were uncomfortable. My husband wanted to watch tv for a couple hours and it was too uncomfortable sitting in the chairs in the room.

Great hotel, great location
Just an overnight stop on a road trip but hotel is great. Front desk was super accommodating in helping us get a room with a shower seat. Only complaint was children in the fitness center. No one under 16 should be in the fitness center even with an adult (especially one not paying attention to what the children are doing).

I used Hotels.com to book my stay, but was required to pay for the room again "in case they dont get paid through hotels.com". For 2 rooms i was out over $700 between what i paid online and in person. All in all it was a nice and comfortable property, but if i hadnt had the extra money i would have never been able to check in.

The hotel is new so cleanliness is to be expected. But from the time we arrived with two employees outside, until check out, every single staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, asked how we were doing and a couple times we were even asked if there was anything we needed. Even on the elevator twice when we encountered the same young employee. The lady working serving breakfast was so incredibly sweet and friendly as well. I personally witnessed her address multiple guests with smiles and conversation. And even when a couple guests were kinda short about a couple things being empty at breakfast she was just as nice as she could be. When I say overall this is the best hotel experience I've ever had and the nicest room, I'm 50 and stayed at a lot of hotels in my day, and I truly mean this was overall the best experience I've encountered at a hotel. Anytime we plan to be in this area we will go out of our way to stay here. Will find out next GenCon if they maintain their goodness as we plan to stay again. Thank you Hampton!
