Very Disappointed
We were confirmed online by Hotels.com that our room was confirmed. This was a week before our trip. We were going to pay when we arrived , as that was an option. When we got to the hotel they were sold out at 1 pm that day and said we never had a room. We then had to drive home through the night as all the hotels around were also sold out.

Nice, new hotel!
Great hotel overall! Nice staff, clean & well-kept rooms & common area, cute Halloween /Fall decorations. Would recommend having more than 1 person at hotel in the evening, as we needed to check in at 9 pm, and there was no desk clerk in sight for over 10 minutes since he was addressing customer issue with TV. Need to have a second staff on site or leave note at front desk with cell number to call for check-in service.

Not a bad place . No one was rude or anything like that, but unfortunately nobody cleaned our room or brought new towels. When we informed the front desk later in the day we were told they would be sending someone over with towels and no one arrived. This made our stay difficult since we all could not shower before leaving. I think there are better choices of hotels nearby.
