My husband and I were going to stay here for a big concert a few weeks back but had a sudden death in the family. We called the hotel to see if they could cancel and refund us 2 days before our stay and they refused. Hotels.com said that it was strictly up to the manager to decide to refund us. They could’ve filled it very easily with the concert going on because everything was sold out. But instead they would not refund us even with proof the funeral was the day we were supposed to check in. We were not only upset about family situation but now were out hundreds of dollars. Thank you for making our already difficult situation even worse.

Checking in the with the front desk the guy was not welcoming and was rude. After my daughter and I got back from Taylor swift concert we needed water and asked if we could get some. The girl was very rude even when paying for it with an attitude, she asked if we wanted something else.

I had a standard king room. The rating was a 10. This was nowhere near a perfect room. My complaints are based all on the bathroom. The bathtub drain didn't have a cover, so it was easy to see the clump of hair in it. There was mildew around the tub. The tub floor was stained with dirt. Big chunks of paint were hanging from the ceiling. I did let the desk clerk know pretty quickly. He immediately asked if I wanted a different room. It would be a double queen. I declined. The overnight low was in the 60s. It still took until 3am until the room cooled to 68. Everything else was great. Service, breakfast, bed...all good

Been across America and this by far, I’ll put in my top 5 hotels. I’ll stay at. The bathroom need little attention to. But overall, everything was great. Stay over one night for the Fanatec GT racing at Indy Speedway. The safe was great, the area around was quiet. Everyone was respectful. For sure going to stay there next year again. During the IMSA and GT races

The stay was just OK. I checked in late and there were two people outside smoking in their pajamas when I arrived. The entrance did not appear super clean, though again it was late at night. The carpets looked a little dirty in the hallway. My room was actually fairly clean except for the bathtub, which appeared to not have been cleaned. Sleep was good as well as Bedding. The room was very hot it’s 78° when I entered, so it took a while to cool down. When I checked out, the person who checked me out was less than enthused. I was a little disappointed to see that breakfast Was from 6:30 to 9:30 and I missed it. I think on a weekend they could keep it a little longer

It was only when the bad weather make the light went out for almost 5 hours and they didn’t ask if we need something o informed us how long or if the had contact electricity company and see how long they think o expect to get power back that’s the only bad thing happened while we staying
