The staff was friendly, inviting, personable and made it comfortable during my stay. However, I didn’t like the unpleasant scent in the air in my room. Room was tidy but the air quality didn’t smell fresh and clean. Lastly, it’s seemed like breakfast kept irregular morning hours. Unfortunately, it appeared shut down 15 mins after 9 am.. instead of 10 am. Although, I enjoyed the gym space and I did appreciate the hotel shuttle ride back to the airport after my checkout. Overall, my stay was good.

Clean room, great cleaning crew. Everything was taken care for such as towels, etc. Stayed for two nights however. I payed for Breakfast pre check in and the cook called out. Do I get a refund for that. The second day he came in but what about the first day? No manager was there to speak to me about that?

Quiet, easy access to the airport, good exercise room. I The breakfast was good and had metal cutlery and reusable dishes. This is much better than eating with disposable items. Please consider reusable glasses and coffee cups.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us because we were attending a convention next door. The hotel was very understaffed though considering it was completely booked. The actual hotel could use some maintenance. Only one elevator was working. Carpets were stained. And our hotel door didn’t shut when it closed. (It kind a say ajar. You had to pull it to close. We accidentally left it ajar for several hours while at the convention! Luckily no one entered our room!)

Great spot for our 48 hour trip to DCI. Love that the bar has great food options to make our stay a one stop shop. The waitress at the bar is FABULOUS!! She dealt with some not so kind guests with incredible grace and class! Love her!
