There were cockroaches in the room. The staff gave us a different room, and the second room also had cockroaches. Overall very poor experience.

Property and room were very dirty. Looks like the room had never been cleaned. Especially the floors and bathroom. Other peoples hair was all over the place especially in the bathtub. Old dirty wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. Garbage lined the walkways outside. Conjoined room on the otherside was only locked from entiering our room from the half of a coat hanger that was screwed to the wall. Walls were coming apart from water damange. Bathroom sink was leaking. The lamp shades were not even fixed to the lamps. Room smelled terrible like cigarettes and body odor. Honestly i should have left but i was desperate for a room. Honestly, unnacceptable conditions for a hotel advertised as a Days Inn. Appaling even. To top it off, the breakfast was unusable coffee and juice machines and prepacked snack muffins.

The property seems to be in a less than ideal neighborhood. The room was dimly lit. We had to use the TV and bathroom light just to be able to see. We had no shower curtain, and when we asked for one it took over an hour to get one. We killed a roach, who knows how many others we didn’t see. We never left our things in our room. We put them in our rental car each time we left. Would not recommend and would not stay here again

THE HOTEL ACCOMODATE HOMELESS AND TURIST GUESS IN THE SAME BUILDING. ROOM ARE HUMID AND DO NOT SERVICE THE ROOM. ZERO AMENITIES, NO GYM, NO IRON BOARD, NO CLOSET, THE TV DOES NOT HAVE THE CONTROL REMOTE. I SHOULD GET SOME MONEY REFUND FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND NO IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE RENTAL CONTRACT.

Room was in ok condition and not properly cleaned( an hypadermic needle was in the bathroom). The property was poorly maintained and very little exists out near it, making the closet food to get gas station fare.

Do not give this place your money.
First of all, I didn't stay here. I showed up, it smelled like cigarettes. The bed had odd brown stains, the walls were splattered with something and there was trash on the fridge. I was there for ten minutes and when I asked for a refund I was told I was lying and they refused to refund my "stay". Hotels.com did absolutely nothing and told me to dispute it with my bank because the front office was not approving my refund. I did not sleep here and they refused to issue the refund. The manager berated me, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. 0 stars if I could.

We refused to stay in this hotel! 1st room was supposed to be smoke free. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke the fire detector was hanging from ceiling disabled. 2nd room had something spilled on the walls, the bedspread had stains on it. There wasn't a place to hang clothes. It was disgusting. We didnt stay in the room long enough to take pictures.
