We liked the location on the canal & the security of key access elevator. The price for the daily parking was higher than Chicago! Which they didn’t make obvious in the descriptiion of the hotel. It just said parking available. I don’t think they expected people to use the kitchette because there was no dishwasher soap or towels. Also the glassware was dirty so we used the disposable ones from the breakfast buffet, which was average. One & done for this property.

I loved the youthful, modern decor and the fact that it was next to the canal. Walking distance to the IUPUI campus. My only complaint is that two mornings in a row, they were out of scrambled eggs when I got to the buffet.

Hotel staff was not prepared for check in before concert. There was only one valet parking cars creating a traffic jam on the street. Rooms were not ready at check in time.

Clean, Convenient, but not perfect
Breakfast was gods, but eggs way overcooked and coffee ran out. Parking is way too expensive. We paid for 24hours, but it was full upon reentry. Because of this, I was forced to take a bakery parking spot. The room was very quiet even though next to elevator. Really appreciate the machine at the end of the hall instead of being in-room refrigerator. Conveniently located to the Everwise Amphitheater.
