Short but sweet anniversary stay
Bed was comfortable, though the pillows could have been better. The room was very spacious, and the temperature and sound control was great. We loved the streaming option on the tv, and the bathroom was top notch!

Corner room with soak tub!!
Hotel Nickel Plate was absolutely an experience it was really really nice super comfortable we have got the corner room with the soap tub and I highly recommend that to any couple but my only complaint is the restaurant and bar closes at 10 or 11:00 and that's way too frigging early!!!

The Hotel Nickel Plate was a fantastic new hotel. It is beautifully done on the interior and fresh and clean. The help was very friendly and the waitstaff was wonderful.

Awesome Hotel Based Around the Railways
Brand new hotel. Probably one of the coolest hotels that I’ve ever stayed in the hotel is based off of a railroad theme, and every last detail has been attended to super cool concept.

Great hotel in a solid location
We really enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms were great, the bed was fantastic, and the location was convenient for our quick trip up to Ruoff for a concert. The only minor negatives were the live TV app on the TV buffered a lot, and there were very few options for late night food in the area after a concert.

I love this hotel and have already stayed twice. It’s beautiful, clean and the staff are all amazing. My ONLY criticism is that the scent machine is so strong and I don’t have any aversion to scents at all. We thought about eating breakfast but the intense cologne scent was so strong in the lobby/dining areas it kind of killed our appetite. Other than that small issue everything else is amazing and I’ve already booked another stay.

This preppy was a breath of fresh air! Clean, modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and pillows, room temp adjustable and worked great, water bottle filling stations on each floor, easy safe parking, great food, and about the friendliest staff I have met in a long time. We stayed a full week and it was too notch.
