Its a strange set-up: one of the two rooms has no windows, but does have the en-suite bathroom. If you're good without windows, that's fine - but I don't prefer that. The other room has windows and balcony access, but doesn't have an attached bathroom. Also, the lights in that bathroom MUST be on, for the outlets in the bedroom to work. So you have to leave them on all night (not very energy efficient) in order to have your device charging in the room, and since there are no other clocks or alarms, it's necessary. Also that bathroom doesn't have a towel rack. And both bathtubs are stained, as are the carpets. The furnishing is minimal - just a bed and a night stand, so you have to be okay living out of the suitcase (nowhere to unpack), and it has to be on the floor - not even a luggage rack provided. "Off street parking available" in listing, but that means "go find it yourself." I found that misleading. There are no instructions for the thermostat, and it isn't as easy as up/down buttons. The bed and pillows are super basic - there are extra pillows, but they don't have cases, so it's hard to use more than one, and they're all super flat. The location here is perfect though, right at the top of the Mass Ave district, easy to walk to everything, and the communication was great - easy to know exactly what to do, how to access the unit, etc. I even made a last minute change to the reservation with no trouble. Unit itself needs some TLC, rest of experience was great.
