PLEASE READ WHY RATING IS LOWER. This place was brand new!! So it was extremely clean. However, because it was sooooo new, not all the furniture had been delivered yet which was a little bit of an inconvenience. But Del was great to work with. He took furniture from his own apartment & brought it for us to use. Very quite. Nice safe place. I’m quite confident that it’ll be a very nice place to stay once it’s fully furnished & stocked.
