The room was small, but clean The biggest down fall is the walls are paper thin, you can hear everyone in the hallway and everyone was super loud at 3 am. Would recommend because of that

For the price I paid for two nights, I was shocked at how little I was offered. No appliances in the room, no working AC/heat unit in the room, hard mattresses and pillows, and no complimentary anything. I think it all you need is a place to rest for the night, this is ideal and center to a bunch of nearby places, but you won’t be getting much. The staff was friendly enough, but the place, although apparently newer, was run down (like the old broken AC unit in my room). It was what I needed for my weekend trip, but I won’t be choosing it again. If simple is what you need, here you go.

Entire hotel smelled like weed and old cigarette smoke. Front desk was cordial, but everything else was dingy. Our room was fine, but the bed had a large brown stain on the mattress and everything just felt... grossm. Outside were quite a few homeless people etc. We ended up switching to a different hotel for the night.

This property has had a holistic renovation. The room was in excellent shape and I just loved the thorough cleaning in the room as well as common areas. The staff were awesome and responsive - and just felt welcome. I interacted positively with Raji, Manny and Samo and others. They were pleasant and supportive. This was my second time spending a week at this hotel and would get back on my travels to the area

You get what you pay for, paid $83 a night. It wasnt terrible, the doors looked and felt like anyone could come in at any moment, couldnt get the water warm enough to take a comfortable shower, and definitely not a place for privacy, the walls are extremely thin lol. But it was clean and neat, overrall really wasnt that bad

The room looked to be newly remodled. Very clean. We werent looking for fancy, just a clean place to sleep. I will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

We had a third of a roll of toilet paper in our bathroom and when we asked for more toilet paper the staff weren't able to find more. There was only one bath towel & wash cloth available in our room.

No shampoo or refrigerator/freezer in room. Only one ice machine available on main floor....not very convenient for a room on the 3rd floor. Also, unable to control room fan. For the price of the room I feel these things should have been included. I'm a bit of a neat freak and did notice a long black hair in my sheets when I pull down the spread. The front desk staff was friendly.

Hotel was fine, but I used the vending machines to buy 3 items listed at between $1 & $1.50 each. However, my credit card was charged for 5 purchases of $5 each, totaling $25 (instead of $3.50 total). They don't use an outside vendor for these machines as I saw the desk worker refilling the machines the next day. Very disappointing and misleading business practice.

The adjoining doors make it very easy to hear your neighbor. A couple argued all night every night for the 4 days i was there. I turned the tv up loud enough where i couldn't here them anymore. Besides that,clean and nice.
