Perfect Customer Service
I was impressed by the customer service of this hotel. Not only did they treat me and my wife with great service, I also witnessed them having many amazing interactions with other guests. Every staff member was committed to making sure everyone had the best stay possible. The location to downtown Indy is great. The breakfast wraps and coffee at the restaurant are A+! Overall my wife and I had a great stay with no problems and have already discussed when we will return to this propertyy again.

This hotel is super overpriced for what it offers. Weird rooms. Major construction next door (we literally had workmen looking into our hotel room on the 6th floor). Everything is an extra. The staff was nice enough, but this one is not worth the money. Major disappointment for a hotel that is in a great location.

Fantastic stay! We were in town for the Lions game and only stayed one night. We arrived at noon and our room was ready…very luck, but still a nice surprise. The room was great and had a nice view of the city. All the staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was very close to the stadium and had plenty of night life and dining options within a few minutes walk.
