It could be said really good but bathroom quality make it look like a cheap motel where you will find vermin. The chair in my room have stains like if someone poop on it. The place look clean and I have stay here before knowing if the poor quality of the bathrooms but the poop stain where I couldn’t even seat in the chair had me sleeping uneasy about the overall room cleanliness.

Didn't book in advance and there was a lot of events going on that night, so we felt pretty lucky we got a comfortable room close to downtown. If we'd booked earlier we could've spent less. Next time!

Great staff very friendly. Room was ok, but tile in bathroom cracked and falling apart. No USB connections for charging. Carpet was filthy. Car chase and shooting down the street ended with ☠️ I know not the fault of hotel, but a questionable area to say the least.

Front desk attendant was great! Room was good… walls paper thin! Our neighbors either next to us or above us must have been deaf… we heard their tv until about midnight. Early in the morning doors slamming were so loud and the mom yelling at her child next door was loud. The a/c didn’t cool our room.

Decent place, off the beaten path in a more industrial area, but safe. lobby amenities were bare bones, limited choices. Room was decent. Good for a quick overnight stay. 10-15 minutes from downtown. 2 minutes from fun brewery, Guggman Haus.

Lobby said we indicated checking at check in time. I did not. Lobby gave me a handicap room. I dont recall selecting one. The airconditioning was faulty and loud. The carpets throughout were dirty. Shower was weak.

Good value
This is a basic, clean and efficient hotel consistent with its brand name. It's well located within easy access to the Indy race track, as well as some nice local restaurants. It is not fancy, but functional and is a good value. The free breakfast is good. Parking is plentiful and free.

The staff.was very friendly. When we arrived at 830pm, there was a banquet dinner and guests were all over the foyer, outside, and hallways being exteemely noisy. The front desk attendant did kindly ask them multiple times to quiet down. Everything was clean to the eye, but after only being in our room an hour, a roach ran across the table i was microwaving my food on. I didnt ask to check out or be refunded because i was traveling and i guess things like that are to be expected sometimes when staying in hotels. Continental breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed the pool.

While there was always someone cleaning around the hotel, my room was horrible. The rug was dirty and smelled like feet. I put towels on the floor so I could walk around. The chair in the room was so nasty and smelly I dared not sit on it. The room was dark and gloomy. I will never use this hotel again.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, if one has an upcoming early morning procedure at Methodist Hospital or someone to visit there. The hospital is about 1.3 miles away. Reviews praised the breakfast, but when we were there it wasn't great: good sausage patties, but rubbery egg patties and oddly sweet OJ, with few fruit options and no hot cereal. (There were waffle machines I didn't explore.) The staff was friendly and wanted to be helpful, but they weren't well briefed about the facilities, e.g., how to check messages or get the message light to stop flashing, how to effectively arranbge a wake-up call. The shower was pleasant if one doesn't need much in the way of water pressure.
