Two bedrooms feature plush queen-sized beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The third bedroom draws inspiration from Japanese design, showcasing minimalist low-set twin beds for a tranquil and cultural touch.

The stylish bathroom is fully stocked with essential amenities and a first-aid kit for your convenience. Start your day refreshed under the soothing shower before heading out to explore all that Indianapolis has to offer.

Our fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, complemented by a ceiling fan to keep the space cool and comfortable. Enjoy your creations in the inviting dining room, where timeless charm meets practicality.

During your memorable stay, your access extends across our home, with the exception of a single, locked storage closet. To guarantee peace of mind, our property offers a private parking spot at the residence's rear alongside free street parking. Ease into your home away from home with a stress-free self-check-in via a keypad, arriving and departing per your schedule. We are always a call or message away to assist and ensure your stay is nothing short of seamless.

The Neighborhood:
The Kennedy-King neighborhood holds a special place in the hearts of Indianapolis residents. Born out of tragedy, the name Kennedy-King pays tribute to the powerful speech given by Robert F. Kennedy in the wake of Dr. Martin Luther King’s assassination. Motivating all in attendance, Robert F. Kennedy inspired a neighborhood and city to continue in its fight for peace, love and equality; all values that the Kennedy-King neighborhood prides itself in showcasing.

The neighborhood features one of the fastest growing urban populations in Indianapolis. It is conveniently located just north of I-65, providing means for fast transportation to all of central Indiana.

Getting Around:
On street parking is available, as well as a private parking spot in the back (east) of the property.

The neighborhood is very drive-able and walk-able!

Rideshare apps are also available and pick up within minutes!
