Last minute unavailability
We booked this property 3 months ahead of our trip. We travelled 16 hours to Indianapolis, and the property manager emailed me THREE HOURS before we were supposed to check in to tell me that the property had been unavailable for six months. I then spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO trying to get some kind of resolution and another place to stay. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting for the remainder of the refund that the resolutions team member promised me.

Does NOT have 4 beds
The apartment was clean and cozy, but it was NOT as advertised, "4 beds". It only has 2 queen beds. I even sent an inquiry to the host to verify the "4 beds" and was told it was. This issue has been reported to the host as well as VRBO. Hopefully they will fix the listing at some point. Other than the beds issue, it was a simple apartment. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, 5 towels and 1 dishwasher tablet. LOL. Beautiful view of the pond out back from the balcony.

Close to Eagle Creek, just the basics
We enjoyed this stay and were grateful for the proximity to Eagle Creek Park. Slight smell of smoke as you entered the building, but that disappeared once we entered our unit. Kitchen is outfitted for light cooking. 3 Smart TVs was a plus. Beds are comfortable and soft. Good communication with our host.

Basic, enjoyable stay
Tidy, two bedroom (apartment-style) condo with stylish, modern furnishings. Close to Eagle Creek Park, Indy Colt's practice pavilion, IMS, and west-side Indy activities. Community pool was a plus after paddling, peddling & hiking Eagle Creek. Nice, shaded balcony and ample parking. Kevin made it an easy, straightforward stay!
