Only one of three elevators was in use. The closest stairway was very far away from our room. We were awoken on and off all night by the one elevator ringing and dinging every 30 seconds or so, a few doors away. I woke several times to smell cigarette smoke, seemingly close by. We were in a NON-smoking room.

Elevators are legitimately dangerous. Rooms are sparsely furnished but adequate. Staff was very friendly, hotel was quiet, restaurant was good. This is an older property and it shows, but the basics are there, and it good enough, but not far above average, if at all. The store they have there is convenient and wells stocked.

Elevators caused huge headaches. My husband was trapped inside one, alone, for far too long before maintenance arrived. We were trapped the next day with 3 other people. Front desk staff was sparse.

This is worst hotel I have been in, including low rated hostels. There was no hot water for showers. The toilet sounded like a train whistle and had a very low successful flush rate. The sink didn’t drain. The elevator would go to floor six every time you pushed floor one. Truly, the worst. I was supposed to stay for three nights and checked out after 8 hours. The staff said they could move me to a different room but there still would not be hot water. Avoid

Half of the hotel seemed to be remodeled but the room given to us was in the old area. Numbers missing off of rooms and filled in with a sharpie. Elevator numbers missing and written with a sharpie. Stains all over the floor in the room. Wasn’t a very pleasant stay

Issues with first room I was assigned: tissue paper in toilet and toilet did not flush. Tried to call desk but phone not working. Next room I was given also had toilet issues, and phone not working and TV sound cut in and out. Just think everything is old and in need of an update. Plus, Expedia site says its 2.37 miles from airport but navigation logged it at 5.7 miles from airport. So not as close as you think.
