1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9 PM to 9 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. No overnight street parking, read posted signs for changes. No horizontal parking. The house can hold up to 6 cars.
4. No parties or events are allowed
