Mit der bestellten Suite hat es nicht geklappt, wir wurden am Abend zuvor per Mail informiert. Wir haben dafür eine Preisreduktion auf eine Juniorsuite bekommen. Spartanische Einrichtung, Teppichböden alt und dreckig, Zimmer sehr kalt, es wurde jedoch auf Anfrage ein Heizofen zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Tisch an der Bar war immer sehr dreckig. Ich musste mein Auto vom Vorplatz des Hotels wegstellen, jedoch andere Gäste wurden nicht weggeschickt. Am Abend (22.00 Uhr) wollten wir an der Bar etwas trinken, der Kellner (Davide) wollte uns bedienen, dann kam der Chef (Stefano) und teilte uns mit, dass die Bar geschlossen sei obwohl die Bar bis 23.00 Uhr offen wäre. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr zuvorkommende und freundlich.

Bei weitem kein 4-Sterne Hotel

Pros: Schöner Garten und insgesamt gut gepflegter Aussenbereich
Cons: Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine komplette Innensanierung und das Personal müsste besser geschult warden.
Location: Induno Olona. Das Hotel ist zu Fuss schlecht erreichbar.
Wir waren drei Nächte in diesem Hotel und belegten eine unsägliche Suite im 1. Obergeschoss. Sie wurde uns schmackhaft gemacht als sogenanntes Gratis-Upgrade (wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber nichts und niemand war auf unsere Ankunft vorbereitet). Die Teppichböden sind schmutzig, die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, im Bad gibts Schimmel und die Schränke sind muffig. Insgesamt ist das Mobiliar definitiv am Ende seines Lebenszyklus angelangt. Die Dusche (in der Badewanne) ist unterster Standard. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber die Abläufe wirken unkoordiniert und schlecht organisiert. Ein Pflaster, Verband o.ä. sucht man im ganzen Hotel vergeblich. Eine Hausapotheke scheint nicht vorhanden zu sein, was zum Gesamtbild bestens passt. Das Hotel ist durchgehend mit schmuddeligen Teppichböden ausgestattet, die dringend eine gründliche Reinigung nötig hätten; besser wäre jedoch ein ordentlicher Ersatz. Sanitäre Anlagen im allgemeinen Bereich sind defekt und insgesamt ist das Hotel in einem schlechten Zustand. Weit von vier Sternen entfernt, leider. Diese einst schöne Immobilie wird kaum noch gepflegt. Von einem Besucht/Aufenthalt rate ich dringend ab.
