Astu laattalattian päälle ja hymyile, kun katselet meripeninkulman teemalla valmistettua sisustusta ja rauhoittavaa merenpohja-vihreää sisustusta. Kiinnitä itsellesi kuuma kuppi Keurig-kahvia ja suunnittele päiväohjelmasi miehistön kanssa olohuoneen sohvan mukavuudesta. Rakkaat tämän joen rannalla sijaitsevan kodin yksityiskohtia koralliteemallisesta matosta seinän antiikkiverkkoon.

Kun vatsasi alkaa hieroa, tee tapa täysin varustettuun keittiöön valmistaaksesi purra syödäksesi. Varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuilla laitteilla, tyylikkäillä graniittitasoilla ja kaikilla välttämättömillä esineillä, tämä keittiö tekee tuulenpistämästä suosikki reseptejäsi! 8 hengen ruokapöytä on ihanteellinen muodollisille aterioillesi, kun taas lanai on täydellinen illallisen ruokailuun.

Säilytä vasta saatu merenelävät paikalla olevassa pakastimessa ja napauta jäätä kaupallisesta jääkoneesta tehdäksesi trooppisia juomia matkakumppaneillesi. Lopeta yö katsomalla suosikkielokuvasi taulu-kaapeli-TV: llä olohuoneessa tai katselemalla tähtiä joko Florida-huoneesta tai Lanaista!

Kun alat tuntea silmiesi raskastuvan, palaa toiseen kolmesta mukavasti kalustetusta makuuhuoneesta ja siirry nukkumaan pilvimaisten patjojen jokaisessa huoneessa. Lisämajoituksia löytyy jopa 2 vieraalle olohuoneen mukavalla vuodesohvalla tai denssillä.

Withlacoochee Gulf Preserve sijaitsee noin 1/4 mailin päässä talosta ja tarjoaa 413 hehtaarin upeita säilytettyjä maita. Laitos ylpeilee yli 5 mailin päässä upeista kävelyreiteistä, kajakinlasketuksesta ja 30 metrin näkötornista entistä luonnonkauniimpiin näkymiin.

Kalastajilla on onnea, koska tämä ominaisuus on aivan kadun toisella puolella Yankeetownin venesatamaa. WOW! Amazing House. Amazing Location
Wonderful home. This is the perfect home for a family or two. Location is great. House is great. Dock and water is great. We brought our 20 foot Mako, the boat ramp is literally across the street. The canal is deep even at low tide, narrow but deep. The river is a beautiful ride. Will stay here again for sure.

I think this house was cute and worked for our family trip but there are a few things that would have improved our stay. The house is about 30 min from Crystal River and our boat rental was 45 min away. Not a huge deal but next time I think we would prefer to be closer. The house could use some new cooking utensils, additional bar glasses, and a thorough dusting. My son has terrible allergies and the dust was 1/2 inch thick on the blinds and artwork located in the twin bedroom. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens. The back lanai and dock is a pretty neat set up and the commercial ice maker was a huge bonus. We loved the den with the leather sofa and tv. The kitchen is spacious and was great for my brother who loves to cook. The landscape and the home is well decorated and welcoming. There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is quiet. The marina across the street gave us some free shrimp for the kids to fish and they were incredibly friendly. I do wish the AC could have been a little cooler than what was allowed, at night it got pretty hot. Overall, a cute house with tons of space just outside of Crystal river. Property manager was excellent at communication. Thank you

Beautiful home
The home had everything we needed and wanted. Beautiful area also. The Blackwater restaurant was excellent, seafood was fresh off the boat. If you want to cook your own seafood visit Brooks Dockside seafood in inglis. We were able to pick our fish right off the boat, best red snapper ever. Will hopefully return in the winter to see the manatees.

Perfect girlfriend retreat
Perfect home for my friends and I to come together for a few days of rest and relaxation after not being together for a couple of years because of the pandemic. The house is comfortable and easy to get in and out as it is all on one level. We enjoyed coffee and conversation for hours out on the screened in porch at the water’s edge and movies each night in the comfortable den! Would certainly stay here again!

Great Family Get Together
Awesome and definitely would rent this home again. Cleanliness was a PLUS. Size and Comfort a PLUS. Peaceful neighborhood a PLUS. AND PLUS, close to things we enjoyed, tubing and a fun boat ride at Birds Underwater. The Lanai was awesome, we enjoyed sitting out at the table, we think we saw a Dolphin, it was something big! Awesome ice machine. We did find a small grill but did not use it. We cook BK each morning, dinner on night. The kitchen is Great, lots of room and the Keurig Coffee maker is the BEST. Nice set of dishes. ONLY negative is, yes plenty of pots and pans BUT the renter's have abused them. The frying pans have been Burnt, we tried to clean them the best we could. Also, is there hard water? The posts pans had a white stain that would not come off. We tried another brand of Dishwasher tabs, but didn't seem to help. ONLY 2 wine glasses and 2 Margarita glasses, available. Maybe time to clean rugs or replace? Picture shows white chairs around table, the now have covers over them. These are very minor things, would not keep me from renting this home. I just wanted to give a little update, for your expectations. YES, I would rent again and when I ever return to the area, I would check availability. Also the Marina, right across the Street and BlackWater Restaurant , probably a block or 2 away. ( With one of those glasses of wine, I was enjoying and watching TV in Bed, I fell asleep and of course, I spilled wine on the bed. I sincerely apologize for that.) Thanks again, for a wonderful Birthday weekend with family.

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is exactly as advertised. The home was spacious with comfortable bedrooms. The commercial ice maker was a huge bonus, as was the convenience of the marina. We were able to dock two boats easily. The trip down the Withlacoochee River to the Gulf was beautiful.

This home had a great layout and ample room for 4 adults and 4 kids. We had a busy and short trip so we didn’t really get to make the most of the house except as home base. Visited the nearby trails and 3 Sisters Springs in Crystal River. Safe, quiet neighborhood - marina conveniently steps across the road. Appreciated the professional ice maker!!

Central location, Great space, lots of extras
This place was in a great location, close to Crystal River and surrounding area. Lots of space for 6 grown men. The ice machine was a blessing, as we came to town for a fishing trip. The only 2 issues we had were, the ice maker door dispenser on the refrigerator worked sometimes and some small bugs crawling around in random parts of the home. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Great Family Vacation Home
My husband, 2 sons, and our dog stayed in this house from 7/28-8/1/2020. This was a great home for our family vacation, we brought our pontoon boat that we were able to dock right at the house and take fishing or cruising whenever we felt like it. The marina is literally a walk across the street, then just a short trip down the river to the canal the house is located on. The owners of the marina are incredibly personable and helpful as well. When my husband was putting our boat in the water they came right out to help! The ice machine that is on the porch of the boathouse was SO appreciated - we were able to keep ice in our boat coolers without having to go to the marina or store to purchase it every day! The master bath has a large jet tub that my sons and I enjoyed while we were there as well. The kitchen had all the basic cookware you would need, plenty of linens, etc. It was nice having a laundry room as well, I kept all of our clothes clean while there so I had less to do when we got back home! Just FYI, unless you have Verizon (according to the locals) you have little to no signal in this area but the house does have WiFi so we connected our phones to WiFi calling when we were at the house and needed to make calls. It wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for some people. There is a great restaurant - Blackwater Bar and Grill -just down the river that has boat access as well. At the mouth of the river and just out in to the Gulf we saw dolphins every time we went out! We saw manatee, fish, gators, etc. in the river every day. We're from Florida so we've seen those things before, but it was still fun to see it all! This house is definitely on our "return to" list!
