The 3-room semi-detached house spans 105 square meters across two levels on the upper floor. It offers a spacious and bright atmosphere with cozy furnishings. The open large living/dining room measures 30 square meters and features a Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. There is also a shower/WC on the main level. The top floor houses a large room of 21 square meters with a double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, and a double bedroom of 13 square meters with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm by 200 cm. A separate WC is also located on this level.
