Inside the main building was really nice , breakfast was fresh and plentiful , the hotel is to far out from anything theres no where to get food only a vending machine restaurant shut on saturday nite we had to eat early in town and get drinks ans snacks for the evening no kettle or tea/coffee in room ,staff didnt look very happy the reception team were abrupt wont be going back to hotel or innsbruck

Great property and service. Only downside was no Air Conditioning, which probably doesn't matter if you are not traveling during a July heat wave. It was not walkable to the town center but the Tram is right there and runs all the time.

What an awesome surprise and Gem! This property is right below Ambras Castle, wow! This property has been family owned for long time, they have their own beer (which is fantastic!). The rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms. The breakfast that comes with the room was massive and tasty. Dinner was priced very reasonably - you have to try one of their 3 snitzels ( the cordon bleu one was amazing!). This was our favorite property as we traveled across Europe this fall. If you are anywhere near Innsbruck, Austria stay at this property!

Just my experience....
We had a change in our trip which caused us to need a place to sleep for a few hours. Found this one on the hotels.com app and the app allowed me to book 2 rooms. It was in the early hours of the morning so I called them to let them know we just booked it on the app and we were on the way. Got yelled at and hung up on. We didn't even get to check-in. Tried to get a refund, no such luck. They just kept the money. Why did the app allow me to book the room if the hotel does not accommodate this type of situation? The reason I booked this one was because it was one of the few that allowed me to book it.

Overall Great stay....
Excellent View's,Location great,bus stop outside and straight into the city,parkig availabe across the street. Restaurant oldie worldie style with lot's of ambience and well kept,staff very friendly and helpful,Hanens the owner is a font of information and was on hand most of the time. Room's need updating and are pretty basic,no tea/coffee making facilities,no information packet,but these were very minor thing's.Would return again...
