Hotel Central offers 87 accommodations with minibars and a safe. Each accommodation is individually decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. Flat-screen televisions come with cable channels. Bathrooms include baths or showers, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers. Hypo-allergenic bedding and an iron/ironing board can be requested. Cots/infant beds (surcharge) are also available. Great location
The location was great, despite being a little difficult to find. Our room was clean, and I felt safe. It was very hot and there is no A/C, but I can't fault the hotel for a changing climate. The buffet breakfast was hot, complete, and delicious. It was easy walking distance to the Old Town and many historic sites. Yes, I would stay here again.

The bathroom was very modern and spacious with good shower heads. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The gym and sauna areas are tidy and well maintained. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

It all started so well..... We arrived via Flixbus, the scenic route from Bozen/Bolzano early afternoon with the temperature hitting 30°, checked in and quickly left to go up the mountain (the three lifts). We were quite impressed with the Green credentials of the hotel. It is close to the station - we were leaving by train after noon. Most museums/galleries are a comfortable stroll away. We ate near the Goldenes Dachl and got back to the hotel about 9.30pm. We tried out the sauna facilites for a short while till it closed. The actual room was stifling. There was a large oscillating tower fan in the wardrobe so we plugged rhat in, it showed 30° and it didn't change much. At some point, it was turned off having made no contribution. I had requested single beds and these were provided. The way the bed design worked there was an inbuilt fridge at the end. Once the cupboard door was opened the heat given off was worrying. (There was a fridge in the next hotel and that was fine and generated little heat in comparison). It was a very uncomfortable night. Shower was fine. Breakfast was good and as requested gluten-free products were available. But the result of a poor night's sleep and the heat lead to the low score. Interestingly when we checked out I was expecting to be asked - had I had a comfortable night/enjoyed my stay and would have told yhem in person, but wadn't asked.

Staff are friendly, room is a good size, safe as there are staff at desk all times, gym is fairly basic but expected for hotels, great location, small-ish shower but does the job, no aircon but a fan was provided and there are large windows.

Property located conviently a few blocks from train station. All the staff we interacted with were very kind and quick to give us recommendations and directions for the area. Room was lovely, breakfast was great, and they stored our luggage for 3 days while we were hut-to-hut hiking in the area. Area is located close to old town for shopping, restaurants and things to do, and felt incredibly safe. Thank you for the great stay.

Great location near old town. Easy to walk places. No air conditioning in the rooms but they provided large fans that worked well to cool the room while we slept. We did not have the breakfast but saw it and it looked good. There’s an a la cart option too.
