This is not a 4 star hotel. My room had a broken shower head, constantly dripping taps in bathroom, no water provided in room, no glasses, no fridge, and paper thin walls between the rooms. Overall it didn’t meet expectations.

Not too far from station. Room was spacious but was lacking in facilities. Beds were not comfy, one was very squeaky. Staff in the hotel were nice but had an issue with platinum benefit (had to ask) and there were some definite security issues that made me feel uncomfortable (key being left at reception and given back no questions asked and luggage storage being opened by reception with anyone being able to access).

Avoid in summer! Some rooms stay at 35ºC throughout the day and there is no AC. Very noisy environment so it's impossible to sleep with the window open: trucks driving through all day and all night, construction sites starting at 7 in the morning, drunk people screaming and yelling, noise from ventilation and electrical equiment on the roof. Add to that kitchen smells from fryers depending on the room. A friendly staff member managed to relocate us to a room that was "only" 29ºC all night but we still slept very badly and felt dehydrated and tired. Im Sommer unbedingt vermeiden! In manchen Zimmern ist die Temperatur dauerhaft auf 35ºC und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist auch unmöglich, da die Umgebung extrem laut ist: Lastwagen schon früh morgens und auch nachts, Baustellenlärm spätestens ab 7 Uhr, Besoffene die rumschreien, Lüftungslärm und irgendwelche elektrische Installationen auf dem Dach. Hinzu kommen Küchengerüchte von Fritteusen, je nach Zimmer. Eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin konnte uns dann wenigstens in ein Zimmer verschieben, wo es nachts "nur" 29ºC heiss wurde, aber wir haben schlecht geschlafen und fühlten uns dehydriert.

Dear Ramon, Thank you for your feedback. That the hotel does not have air condion is visible before booking. The night you stayed in Innsbruck we had 21 degrees. This summer we never had a temperature of 35 degrees, especially not in the night. Since we are in the middle of the city centre there are always noises to be expected. But those on the streets are not in our descretion. Thank you for your notification.

No soundproofs, all noise from streets and other rooms can hear very loud. Housekeeping lady came to our room 7.43am while we're sleeping...not after that.

Viel zu wenige Garagenplätze für ein Hotel dieser Grösse. Diese müssen extra angefragt werden. Keine Bademäntel und Badeschlapfen, Zitat Rezeption: hängen Sie sich doch ein Handtuch um und fahren Sie so in den 4. Stock. In Wellnessbereich viel zu wenig Handtücher. Zimmer ok, Duschkopf defekt und „verkehrt rum montiert“, so wird Duschen mühsam :-)
