Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof entfernt. Super praktisch, vorallem wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Die Zimmer waren mega ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch der Hammer. Da gab es wirklich alles, was man sich wünschen kann, um gut in den Tag zu starten.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, freundliches Personal, gutes Haus. Das Bett war jedoch voller Haare und Krümmel - es sah zwar au wie gemacht aber wirklich eklig. Ich habe dann ein anderes Zimmer erhalten; das war sauber. Leider war beim Hotel kein Parkplatz verfügbar (Garagenreservation war nicht möglich), deshalb musste ich das Auto dann beim Bahnhof parkieren; das ist umständlich. Ich hatte extra ein Hotel MIT Parkplatz ausgewählt. Beim Frühstück war das Brot ausgegangen; allgemein ist das Frühstück sehr "mager" für ein Businesshotel dieser Klasse.

Wir schätzen, dass Sie die Lage des Hotels und unser Personal als positiv hervorheben. Leider bedauern wir die Umstände bezüglich des Zimmers und möchten uns hier noch einmal bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Da wir uns laufend für unsere Gäste verbessern wollen, werden wir unser Housekeeping noch einmal entsprechend schulen und darauf hinweisen in Zukunft noch besser auf die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern zu achten!Leider haben wir nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Tiefgaragen Parkplätzen, welche wir bei Verfügbarkeit natürlich gerne für unsere Hotelgäste im Vorhinein reservieren. Da die weiteren Parkplätze im Innenhof auch für unsere Restaurantgäste sind, können wir diese nicht reservieren. Sie dürfen aber bei Verfügbarkeit ebenfalls gerne verwendet werden.Wir hoffen dennoch Sie wieder bei uns als Gast begrüßen zu dürfen!Schöne Grüße aus Innsbruck, Joschi und Sabine Sailer und das Hotel Sailer Team

Geräumiges Zimmer und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Frühstücksbuffet war lecker. Das Service-Personal bei Frühstück war höflich und freundlich, die Kellner am Abend eher mürrisch. Da hatten wir nach einem Glas genug... Wir hatten Glück, einer der Hotelparkplätze nutzen zu können.
