This is a cosy and quiet place for your vacation
or a successful stay for your business!

The Lightland lives up to its name.
It wants to offer you the ideal home base to explore Innsbruck
with ease and to fully enjoy the many Tyrolean natural beauties.

In a short time and distance, you can discover many places with pleasure on foot. Buses take you directly to the centre or to the surrounding mountains after a 5-minute walk.

Parking your car is easy: it is right in front of the house!

The whole apartment is there for you and your companion!
Embedded in a garden all around, you can experience the natural
and loving atmosphere of our oasis in the middle of the city.

The newly renovated Lightland-apartment has:
- an anteroom with a wardrobe
- bathroom with bathtub and washing machine

The kitchen is also fully equipped:

- kettle, coffee maker
- dishes, pots

Your laptop runs on the dining table with fast Wi-Fi.
For long-term stays, we can provide a desk on request.

The bedroom offers relaxation and tranquillity with a view an trees:

- a comfortable single bed
- cupboard, shelves, armchairs etc.
- darkening for the window

Our beautiful garden gives you grounding and refreshment on one of the benches around the house ...
or you lie down in the grass and watch the flowers grow;)

I really like Innsbruck and i hope, you'll also!
The district of Pradl exudes calm and cosiness,
and yet offers lots of fun with small shops, restaurants and bars.

Everything you need for a good life is close at hand:
- the supermarket BILLA and the pizzeria Frankys in front of the door
- the Olympia World with ice rink with the football and beach volleyball
courts
- the Tivoli swimming pool
- the peintner, one of our best pastry shops and ice cream parlors
- the DEZ shopping center
- the idyllic park of Amras Castle
- and much more beauties...

Important public transport can be easily reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. They bring you comfortably to the center of the city center and quickly in all other directions.

You can stand in the downtown in front of the 'Golden Roof'
in 21 minutes, just like you can be in the middle of the forest
or on slopes in 21 minutes!

The transport
You can easily reach the apartment with:
- Taxi from the airport 18 euros
- Taxi from the train station 8 euros
- Tram 3 from the train station
and a 5-minute walk from the stop Dr. Glatz-Straße

There are close stops for bus or tram for lines 3, J and T.
They are all within a 3 to 5 minute walk.

Bus J takes you to hiking or skiing in 20 minutes south
on the Patscherkofel or on the Innsbruck Northpark , the Seegrube!

Since the J bus travels through the center on its route from mountain to mountain,
you can also get directly into the old town with this bus.

Innsbruck is a 'green' city and for a small fee provides many city bikes in central locations.

If you are arriving by car, you have reached the apartment in 2 minutes after the Innsbruck MITTE motorway exit.
The Innsbruck OST exit is also cheap. You will always find a parking space directly in front of our house.

Parking fees only apply from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
at 70 cents an hour. Parking on the street is free in the evenings and on weekends!

A parking space is also available directly on the premises by arrangement.

Nice and quiet.
Property is nice and quiet with a great view of the mountains. Location in non-touristy Pradl neighborhood is very convenient to Innsbruck and the surroundings especially via public transportation. Rental is as described and great for a home away from home stay.

I spent two nights at lightland, while attending a conference. The apartment is well set up, comfortable, clean and cosy. A tram stop is maybe 300m away, with trams to the city every 10 minutes during the day and a walk to the city centre takes about 20 minutes.

The apartment is located in a lovely building with a beautiful garden. The nearby supermarket was very convenient, and both the centre of town and the DEZ shopping centre are just a few minutes drive away.
