New apartment very convenient for Interlaken West trains and buses.Check-in was at a different location but we were driven to the unit. We did have an issue with the tumble drier which was dealt with promptly .At the same time I asked for more trash bags which also appeared. The apartment was very clean with good appliances and a decent hair drier The COOP downstairs sold an adequate selection of food and drink at prices comparable to Migros, but without the walk. Some reviews of this property complain about the cleaning fee, but it is an apartment and the conditions are typical when using VRBO etc. The TV has many channels in German, French, and English with a few in other languages and the wifi is excellent. Adapters specifically for Switzerland are necessary. I would recommend this apartment and would use GRIWARENT again.
