Fantastic hotel. Check-in was easy. Parking was a few blocks away. There is a nice mall just about next door to the hotel. Sports bar has a nice menu of appetizers and full lunch and dinner items. Laundry was a plus.

Untidy. Rubbish bin was overflowing. There was a used hotel amenity. I just stayed one night so I can stand. But the hotel staff are friendly and courteous.

Hotel is well located near the centre of Dunedin. Room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Parking was not on-site, but in Wilson’s Parking around the corner

Check in was interesting. We were asked if we'd stayed there before, (good) and we replied no we haven't. It's our first visit. She handed over the key and said we're on the 4th floor. It would have helped if we were then told where the elevator was (not visible from check in desk).

Older style hotel and rooms - well maintained, clean and reasonably priced. Very well situated in the Invercargill CBD with parking at a nearby property. Would stay again.
