My room was lovely and pretty large. The bathroom was nice. The shower was good, however the thermostat/on/off handle was a bit dodgy and took a little fiddling. Breakfast was good. Good selection.

The Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel was a lovely place to stay in Inverness. Its location on the banks of the River Ness is perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff, in particular Lisa, the front desk receptionist, and the restaurant hostess, were very professional, welcoming and helpful. The room was well appointed and clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a very nice bar and restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast. We staff provided great service in a relaxing, romantic setting. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very well located and easy to park in. The rooms were nice, clean and had comfortable beds. Bathroom was good. The whole town could use a remodel and uplift. But that said, the hotel was a good place to stay one night on our trip.

Room was nice, facilities a bit dated. When other guests used shower in their room, it made a lot of noise in our room... Had a backache in the morning, so mattress wasn't so good. Breakfast was very nice. Very good location smack right in the center on the river bank.

We didn't stay much in this hotel but it has a very convenient location. Very beautiful views, breakfast was good and the room was good and great bathroom. Inverness is definitely worth your time!

Unparalleled!
I have traveled my whole life, and this is the best place I have ever stayed. Not only did they check me in, but they carried my suitcase upstairs and then called me an hour after I settled in to make sure everything in my room was satisfactory. It is quiet and beautiful. You can open your window and see the river.
