Having an apartment with kitchen, washing machine and seperate bedroom right in the center of Inverness made our stay so much better. Literally in the middle of everything. I highly recommend this property.

Poor communication with customer service. We booked a king bed and were given an apartment with a queen bed, when I called customer service they told me that the queen bed is considered a king size in Europe lol, every other property we have stayed at (3 others) all had actual king sized beds. They would not accommodate this in any way. There is no air conditioning in the apartment and it is hot and stuffy even with windows open on 68 degree days, making it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep for our entire sta, the one fan that was provided was dirty and did nothing to help. The elevators were broken for half of our stay so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage multiple times. There was absolutely no housekeeping even though I was told by customer service that our towels would be replenished daily, garbage would be emptied daily, and things such as toilet paper and tissue would be replenished daily. I do not recommend hotel.

We didn’t get what we booked and paid for
We booked and paid for the largest luxury apartment with a king size bed and they put us in a much smaller apartment with either a full or queen size bed. We couldn’t reach them when we arrived. Hotels.com couldn’t reach them either. At the end, they gave us a$100 discount for our entire stay which was much less than what we would have paid for the smaller room. This was not a good experience.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights at the Highlands apartment and loved it. The apartment was a little tricky to find as there are many fire doors to go through but once we figured it out, it was no big deal. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We booked an executive, one bedroom at the beginning of June. The location was so amazing, walkable to everywhere, including train station. Our room had a castle view and river view from the balcony. There is not AC but two portable fans available. Beds were firm, but still comfy. Robes and slippers are available for lounging around. On the ground floor and right next door is a fun bar called Gellions. Live music is played every night but does not end until 3 or 4 am. So if you tend to go to bed early, the noise may keep you from restful sleep. I would highly recommend this place and would also consider staying here again if ever I were in Inverness.

The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. Staff were super communicative and helpful when we had a travel-related issue. Would absolutely stay again.

Great property. Very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, best location and views of the Ness River. Only issue was that we didn’t get confirmation of our early check in request in advance and when arriving to the property we couldn’t get in and there was no one we could leave our luggage with, unlike what we had been told. Thankfully the restaurant next door were quite nice and let us wait there until we received a text confirming early check in not long after we arrived but it would have been better to know in advance whether it was a yes or a no, and what to do with the luggage if answer was negative. Aside from this the property was great!

Nice view. Great location. A bit of a hassle getting into the parking garage or logging in to the internet. A three mile ride to the grocery store required if you want to cook a proper meal. Provided decaf tea, nespresso pods, and milk. No salt, pepper, or cooking oil. Easy walk to restaurants.
