The hotel was ideal for my trip with an excellent view over the loch. The hosts/owners were great and very helpful. Evening meals were very good with a great choice on the menu. Breakfast was also very good with an excellent choice available.

Nice little spot in Inverness
Lovely spot on the outskirts of Inverness. We had booked a larger garden room, but discovered it was in a separate building & quite sparse compared to the sweet, smaller rooms in the main house - they were lovely & changed rooms for us.

Lovely Victorian hotel. Restaurant on site in a glass conservatory. Great breakfast included which you could have served or continental buffet. Dinner menu also had many good options. Rooms were very quiet and it had a garden off of the dining room. Nice lobby and bar area where you could have drinks.

Beautiful old manor house in a quiet old neighbourhood. We really enjoyed the half hour walk along the river into town. Had dinner in the restaurant the first night and it was excellent. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. We were quite happy that we chose this hotel rather than a location downtown.

Nice place, a bit dated but large and nicely appointed rooms. Great breakfast and wonderful staff at check in and for breakfast service. Caroline at check in and Andrew in the dining room were outstanding. Service in the bar to have a drink was slow, seemed that when bar manager was busy the two young ladies helping were clueless and were unable to communicate to senior staff that we asked for drinks. Overall nice place to stay and nice walk to Inverness town Centre.

Great quiet hotel
A quiet hotel just a 5 minute drive to downtown Inverness. The room was spacious and comfortable for the family. Very nice staff. We also enjoyed the Scottish breakfast in the morning.
