A bright and modern open plan two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the attractive riverside town of Inverurie, a few miles from Aberdeen.
This ground floor apartment is decorated in neutral tones and is fitted out to a high standard. It is situated in the heart of Aberdeenshire, with an abundance of landmarks, beaches and culture all within easy reach, making it a perfect base for business or leisure travellers.
The open-plan living space has two large leather sofas, and a glass top dining table for leisurely dining. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen which includes all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay including microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. It also features a central island with bar stools.
The large entrance hall gives the apartment a sense of light and space as you walk in. Straight off the hallway is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed, a built in wardrobe and use of the family bathroom.
The apartment is well-equipped with a television and Wi-Fi and is the perfect option for groups of friends, colleagues or a family.
