The property was not that great. Could be cleaner. Beds are extremely small and narrow. Two large adults could not fit together. Not enough shampoo and soap. Coffee machine and coffee inside a room is terrible.

I love my pet can stay with us, is clean safe, walkable zone, near UCI, gas station is right next to the parking lot. Towels, and sheets are nicely fresh and clean! It would be nicer if rooms have a mini freezer and/or microwave. What I didn't like this time was a irritable continuous buzz noise during night. It didn't let us sleep well. It seems to come from the bathroom but we weren't sure.

We called for room service the night before to clean up our room after second days stay but nobody came. We expected when we returned the room will be cleaned but nothing done. So disappointed.

Good location for travelers, some rooms are a little more updated than others, most stuff is nice but some totally indiferent if the guests are happy with the service or not, I was offered at first a room that was smoked in and smelled bad, but they offered me another room that was clean and had the option to open the window for fresh air. The sidewalks and walkways had some cracks and were uneven but this is an old hotel in need of renovation.

Advertisement said every room had a balcony or patio. Our room did not have either one and our room had a view of a building. The TV did not work. The curtains were dusty and ripped. There were food crumbs in the bed. The hallways and our room had a musty old smell. The ground were nice but the hotel is old. I think at one time it was a nice hotel but now it’s just a place to sleep for the night. We will not come back.

Our room was really gross. It was dirty and smelled like urine and cigarettes. The staff was very kind and apologetic when we explained we needed to leave early because of this. They made it easy and quick so we appreciative of that.

A great stay at a great location from SNA Airport
The experince was very good, very clean rooms, very nice tV services. However there was a driping in the tub that seems old and they need to attend that issue otherwise I would have given them a full star merit.
