The hotel is in a good location, 5minutes walk from the city centre. Amenities are great, free bike rental and nice breakfast. The room was small and felt old. Wasn't comfortable to sleep.

Nice to stay for few days
It locate at the town centre,about 5mins walk to the Public Market where you can buy souvenir.Also, it is about 9 mins walk to 730 square.

I like the breakfast that provide okinawa soba. We can enjoy free drink(tea or even owamori sake) at lobby lounge anytime. And there are TV game that we can play too. However, the room is a bit old.

Room is clean and large. With 2 sofas and beds. Drinks (sake, lemon juice) are available in the main lobby. Staff are nice. Place is closed to bus terminal and ferry terminal (walk about 10 minutes) Breakfast is okay but can be better in taste and variety. But overall, everything is good.

Convenient and friendly
This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Ishigaki city. It is a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal and the main restaurant/bar area. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean. They are a bit small but for one person I was fine. A wonderful and convenient place to stay!

Room wasn't as nice as the pictures show. Immediately upon opening the door there was a musty/mold smell. On the ceiling in front of the A/C unit there were black spots beginning to show. It also appears they installed new wall paper but put back the old furniture afterwards. Both my wife and I could feel the mattress springs as well. The sheets and comforter were nice and clean though as was the bathroom/shower area. WiFi was very slow and websites didn't load. Breakfast consists of Soba and salad. The majority of the parking spots are tandem so you might get parked in. Your supposed to leave your car keys at the desk just in case but I don't know if everyone does. We didn't have an issue but it is note worthy. I considered just checking out and finding a different place but we didn't. I would not stay here again. It is close to the main tourist area in the city though.

I liked that you were able to rent bicycles for free. It was VERY CONVENIENT to the bus terminal & ferry terminal. The staff were very friendly. They didn't speak much English except for 1 lady. I spoke Japanese mostly to them. They tried to be helpful when I had questions about the area.

Outdated hotel / room was not...clean
The hotel wasnt terrible, honestly. The front desk was very nice and the breakfast buffet was decent. But we got put into a smoking room, which we did not like at all. And the bathroom smelled a little like urine. Between those two smells, we just had to leave.

Great, tidy room with friendly staff
It was so happy to stay in this hotel for few days in July. The staff were very nice, friendly and polite. The room service was very good. I would like to stay again if I come to Ishigaki. Easy to reach the downtown and ferry pier terminal.
