2 bedroom villa in gated community with pool:
Level 0: Kitchen equipped with: refrigerator in frost, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, blender, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery for 6 people, ironing board and iron. There is no dishwasher;
Toilet of service;
Living and dining room with table and chairs for 6 people with sofa bed (double), TV (with Portuguese open signal channels) and fan;
Private garden of the house with a table and 6 chairs, in the extension of the room;
Small outdoor patio with clothes rack, in front of the kitchen.

1st floor: Two bedrooms with 2 beds each;
2 Wardrobes (1 in a bedroom and another in the hall), pillows, blankets and 2 fans;
Full bathroom (with bath and bidet).
Covered parking for a car inside the condo (seat 25).

Use of the House: The house is delivered clean and with the equipment and furniture in good condition (if something is not in condition or damaged should be reported immediately to the person who handed over the keys).
The house is expected to be estimated and used with due care and should be left in the same condition as at the beginning of the stay.
Important: Furniture should be left in the order in which it was delivered and the dishes and other kitchen items properly cleaned and tidy. Kitchen cleaning is not included in the final cleaning.
If damage occurs during the stay (furniture, crockery, etc.), the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.
Water and Light - Electrical board at the entrance, behind the door and water meter on the wall outside the house.
Use of the Condominium: The condominium rules must be respected, namely use of the swimming pool (mandatory shower before entering, not diving, accompanying the children, etc.), as well as the rules of civic behavior in the use of the other common spaces. . Foi a 1a vez que utilizei a VRBO. O chat online esclareceu minhas dúvidas e o facto de fazer o pagamento em 3 vezes ajudou muito. A casa era exatamente como estava descrita, o check in foi pontualmente realizado pela Dna Cecilia e quando precisei contactar o proprietário, também foi simples e rápido, além de nos ter proposto sugestões de trajeto, restaurantes e lazer. Ter vaga de garagem também foi importante. Foram ótimos dias de férias e pretendemos regressar. Muito obrigado

La casa tiene una perfecta ubicación. Cecilia un encanto. Nos trato genial desde el min 1. Tuvimos 2 incidentes( con sartenes y la cisterna)y los solventó de inmediato. La unica pega es que los colchones de toda la casa son deplorables. Tienen por lo menos 25 años,se te clavan los muelles al dormir. Creo que por el precio de la casa y teniendo en cuenta que buscas descanso y relax deberian cambiarlos de inmediato.La urbsnizacion agradable, piscina comoda y parking genial.

Una casa agradable , bien equipada y buena piscina . Muy buen ambiente para los niños en la urbanización. Lo peor es tener que desplazarse en coche al estar alejada de la playa pero seguro que repetiremos. La persona que nos entregó las llaves muy atenta y muy agradecidos por la flexibilidad horaria.
