The beds were so comfortable, and the room had interesting nooks, crannies and cupboard for storage. Everything looked nice and new. The free breakfast selections were more than I would have expected.

Family Visit
This was a great hotel for a family visit. The property is clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and very clean. It is close and convenient to both the expressway and stores. Would defnitely stay there again. Breakfast was the usual fare found at the expanded continental breakfasts. Had to wait on coffee, but it was because it was very busy at the breakfast area. It would be nice to have someone cleaning/wiping tables after a party leaves. Or the ability to get a wipe and clean the table. Not a compliant - just an observation to better improve cleanliness.

I had a very bad experience from the moment I was checking in with the young man at the counter he had an attitude that was not nice and definitely was not courtesy to guest or myself!!! They wouldn’t even give me the WiFi to move money from one account to another after i already paid for the room in full they where very short and rude I had to walk to Walmart 3 separate times to get the WiFi & it was about 2&1/2 hours to get checked in and when I got to my room it was disgusting there was semen on the floor and the bed it was disgusting and uncomfortable the bathroom was filthy and the bed also had hairs all over it my socks I had to throw out because they where so dirty you can tell the floors and carpet were filthy and the bathroom floor had semen on it as well I wouldn’t stay here after that experience until I meet the young lady when I was checking out she was so nice and helpful and I met the GM Dean very nice people they made a big difference and the head of housekeeping was very rude when I showed them the room and she got very snippy and short but still if I was going to stay here again I would only deal with her or Dean they are very friendly and they have manors unlike the two young guys last night unfortunately they had put a bad attitude and I was really upset
