This charming oceanside condo is waiting to host you for a marvelous Isle of Palms beach vacation! This property offers an intimate one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout for a cozy escape to the shore, perfect for families, a romantic weekend away, or small groups of friends heading to the beach. With access to fantastic community amenities like a private fishing pier, community pool, and beach access to a lifeguarded area, this condo has all you need for a flawless vacation!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
• Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children and even perfect for some small adults. They’re also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
• We have upgraded the standard mattress pads to luxury, custom sized mattresses that are very comfortable!
• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
• 1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated at $3 per load or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One extra pass may be requested during the off season.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
• This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Walk into this home and you’ll be greeted by an area that offers up two bunk beds built into the walls—great for kids and parties that need additional sleeping space. The area closes off, essentially creating a convenient private room area. From here you’ll journey into the main kitchen and living area, noting the beautifully redone hardwood floors on your way!

The kitchen area is fully equipped, offering sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and a lovely backsplash. This area moves into the living space, which offers up a two-seater dining set, a cushy sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Cuddle up for a vacation movie night or catch up on your favorite programs—the TV has cable, and Wi-Fi is available. As an added perk for groups with more than two, the sofa folds out into a queen-size bed.

While in the living area, you can travel out onto the ocean front balcony, boasting beautiful views and patio furniture for enjoying the coastal breeze. Inside, the main bedroom offers a personal television, and the bathroom has a shower and tub combo. With lots of spaces for relaxing, and so much sleeping space for a one-bedroom property, you can’t go wrong with this little condo!

Community amenities you’ll enjoy access to include the pool, fishing pier, and beach access. When you stay at this property, you’ll be centrally located to the heart of Isle of Palms, including local restaurants, shopping, and beach-town essentials like ice cream parlors and beachwear stores. The county park is only a quick walk away, and local companies rent everything from bikes for cruising the isle to large umbrellas for hanging out on the shore. For those that enjoy a bit of nightlife, you’ll also find several lively establishments nearby!

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety!

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Convenient to the beach
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention, but overall it was comfortable enough. Having easy walking access to the beach was nice, as was being close to some restaurants if we didn't want to drive somewhere. The passcodes provided for easy access. For the quality of the condo we thought it was a bit pricey, but it met our needs.

The pictures do not show the cracking and discoloration on the ceiling and air vents. It was not the cleanest and the shower and bathroom sink did not drain. I contacted the office on Sunday and was told no one was available that day, but asked if I had tried a plunger. One person in our party wasn’t able to go at the last minute. I’m not sure where 4 of us would have slept. It was a tight squeeze for 3 of us. Way overpriced for the quality of the accommodations. Very disappointed.

The property was clean and had all we needed. Though, given a code to work the private beach entrance was misleading. We thought it was private but the public parking is right in front of the condo and everyone walks through the condo lot and goes through the condo beach entrance since the lock is broken. It was a congested area for us. Same thing for the pool.. code lock is broken. This is nothing against the condo itself, but the beach was extremely dirty after Memorial Day… quite sad. The condo itself was nice to stay in.

This condo is steps from the beach and very convenient to everything in Isle of Palms. There are a lot of condos but this one has been renovated very nicely and everything in the condo is in top shape!

It’s small but well kept up
Kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you might need, the bathroom is fine but the bedroom will induce claustrophobia. There is at most one foot on each side of a double sized bed. It works but it is a bit jarring. Great view and the facility amenities are nice. The listing states there is a washer and dryer but they are on the property, not in the unit. AC was a bit finicky too: 73 is too hot and 72 is too cold. Property management was very responsive to a few requests. Overall a good experience. Would go back.

Location if great, condo needs some TLC
My family and I stayed here during our first vacation. Location is absolutely perfect. Check-in process is super easy and smooth. The beach and the pool are only a couple of minutes away, walking distance. The condo itself has potential to be great, but it DEFINITELY needs work. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, the towels felt humid and just looked old and super used, and the used sheets from one of the previous tenants were still on the pull-out couch. The pull-out couch is SUPER uncomfortable so I suggest you bring a mattress pad. All in all, the place needs a deep cleaning, a new toilet seat, new towels, and perhaps a new pull-out couch. The kitchen and fridge were definitely convenient.

Perfect little getaway
My husband and I came here as a last minute getaway. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us for a few nights. The location is great. The beach is right there and we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect!! Beautiful recliner and comfortable. Excellent accommodations for the 4 of us. Sofa bed could use some padding or a memory foam mattress thrown on might work. Beautiful view of the palm trees and the ocean over the tops of the trees. Loved the codes and access to the pier in the moonlight or the beach at sunrise. The pool has a bathroom in the building adjacent to it. So helpful. About 8 steps up. Rental room is first floor and has about 6 steps up. The car can be pulled up to the steps and Grandma climbed the steps. Very sturdy handrails. The rooms and kitchen are set up thoughtfully with the right selections of furniture and appliances.etc. even a side table for a cpap. Plenty of fresh towels. FYI. The county park next door has handicapped accessible ramp to the beach.

Tiny but good location
A friend and I came to the area to go to the Charleston Open. The location was perfect. We walked the beach and rode bikes and walked to restaurants. Wasn’t far from the tennis tennis center. I would describe the condo as quirky. Definitely could not have 3 people in it. The furniture was old. The bedroom was completely taken up with the bed. The TV was tiny. . We won’t rent it again. There have to be better options.
