An unbeatable beachfront setting awaits at Ocean Club 1301, where panoramic views of soft sand and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean extend for as far as the eye can see. This oceanfront condo is beautifully furnished in a comfortable/contemporary style, creating the perfect home base for days spent swimming, golfing, fishing, and boating around Isle of Palms.

The air-conditioned interior is a beautiful palette of soft grays and whites, with touches of wainscoting and subway tile throughout. The open layout seamlessly flows from the elegant kitchen to the dining room and wet bar to the oceanfront living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the beach and the shaded deck just outside. The kitchen is fit for a chef, offering stainless steel appliances (including a French door refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser and a dishwasher), plentiful cabinet and counter space, and a breakfast bar for four. The adjacent dining room has a farm-style table for eight, a bistro table for four, and a well-equipped wet bar with a wine fridge and a sink. You can even bring your drinks and dessert outside to the oceanfront deck at golden hour, and spend your evenings curled up on the living room sofas in front of the big-screen, wall-mounted TV.

At night, as the day's swimsuits and towels spin in the washer/dryer, you'll find that each of the bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom and flatscreen TV - with two of those bedrooms opening to outdoor deck space. An additional perk as of Fall 2023, the bathroom is completely remodeled!

As part of the Ocean Club Villas, this oceanfront condo is located directly on the beach in Isle of Palms, with a gorgeous saltwater pool, a hot tub, a sun deck, and multiple grilling areas on the grounds of the property. The Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is less than a quarter-mile up the road, and the Wild Dunes Marina can be reached in a five-minute drive. If you're looking to take a day trip, the heart of downtown Charleston - with its storied history and world-famous restaurants - is only 17 miles west.

Fantastic place, once the construction is over.
This is a great 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath condo. It has incredible views and is well maintained by the owners. We did have a housekeeping issue but it was quickly resolved and no more issues after that. The main problem, right now, is that it is right next, as in 40' to a multi story property that is in full renovation. It is wrapped in scaffolding and drilling starts at 7 am everyday except Sunday. So, our morning coffees could never be done outside because of the noise. In addition the building the condo is located in is have the roof and gutters replaced and we had a bucket lift outside our window in the mornings. Other than the first day of our stay communication with our rental representative. They never returned communication after that. I sent pictures daily for the first half of our stay and finally gave up and just tried to enjoy our stay without help. I want to make sure that everyone understands how great this property is, just not right now. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo was the perfect size for our family! The location was fantastic! Waking up to stunning sunrises every morning was perfection. It would have been good to know there was construction next door. That being said the insulation of the condo helped make it bearable. Definitely not ideal if you’re a late sleeper though. All in all it was a wonderful trip!

Absolutely loved the condo! It was very beautiful as the pictures showed and the ocean view was amazing! What I did not like, the storage for the unit was packed full so we could not store our beach gear except in our vehicle and because the HOA is so strict, they did not allow for anything to be left outside your unit door. So we had to haul our equipment from our truck every day. Big pain! There was no communication given to us about the restrictions at this condo nor in the vicinity. As much as I loved the condo, I will probably not stay here anymore and not use the rental agency VACASA. Just not enough communication, especially for the "high extra fees" that we paid and got little for it. They gave us the wrong entry code in our app and it was next to impossible to reach a live person on a phone.

The Ultimate in “Beach Front”
Location location location. From opening the door and seeing 120* view of the ocean & beach to hearing the waves from your bed. This is the perfect view. Not many places you can WALK to the 1st tee for golf and walk 100 yards to the water. Place has been remodeled and open plan is great. Only 1 thing left to do and that’s remodel the bathrooms.

Beautiful beachfront condo
This condo was beautifully renovated in recent years and felt fresh and clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a quiet area of the island, but close to the small town of IOP. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future!
