Completely refurbished in 2025, this third floor condo enjoys a balcony with amazing ocean/beach views that can include dolphins, pelicans, turtles, and shrimp boats.
You'll enjoy being mere steps from the beach at the Sea Cabin Villas. Stroll down Ocean and Palm Boulevard to find all sorts of beachy cafes, eateries, shops, and a major grocery store. Lay on the beach, fly a kite, picnic, rent a paddle-board or book a charter at the IOP marina.
Your condo has two new couches (one a convertible sofa bed) , and queen mattress, new smart TVs, and total new HVAC system and water heater, and (as requested) black out curtains in the bedroom. And the complex has its own fishing pier, community pool, and laundry center. (Be aware that there is no elevator servicing the complex. )
Travel down the road to Sullivan’s island for more amazing restaurants and after-dinner sweet treats.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
