A wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, clean, cozy. exceptional service! Our every request was heard and the reaction was instant. We asked for towels to be replaced, and also asked for the possibility of a late check-out. The staff did everything to make us feel at home! The breakfast is varied and delicious, definitely worth the money (we took it as an additional service, it was not included in the room rate). The hotel is located 100 meters from the main shopping street Istiklal, which is convenient, but the room was quiet (on the fourth floor). And a 15-minute walk from the airport transfer from Taksim Square. I will definitely come back here when I am in Istanbul again

Amazing Stay at Aria Palace Hotel – Perfect Location & Excellent Service! ***** *Stayed: November 4th–19th, 2024* I had an incredible experience at Aria Palace Hotel during my recent trip to Istanbul. The location is absolutely perfect—situated close to a vibrant shopping area and just steps away from the Istanbul metro, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff truly stood out with their friendly and helpful attitude. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, always ready to assist with any request or question. The room was spotless, thanks to the daily cleaning service. It was refreshing to come back to such a well-maintained space every evening. Breakfast was another highlight—plentiful, delicious, and with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Abdalla and Mustafa are welling to serve every guest to own best. Overall, Aria Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. The hotel itself was really nice. Staff were very helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel, however, shares a wall with a nightclub. That doesn't close until 6am. SO if you are going to Istanbul to party hard, this is the place to stay! If not, maybe request a room not-adjoining to the nightclub.

Great location but ofc that meant very noise 24/7 Club music through the night ! Housekeeping only came once in a 4 day stay Dripping taps, broken lift etc Breakfast very limited
