Herşey mükemmeldi. Oda çok temiz ve herşey düşünülmüş. Bizim tek eksik gördüğümüz. Evcil köpeğimiz var evcil hayvan alma konusunda ayrı bir oda düşünülse çok mutlu oluruz.

Temizlik ancak ısınma sorunu var
Öncelikle otelin genel temizliği gerçekten iyidi; bu konuda beklentilerimizin karşılandığını söyleyebilirim. Ancak, konaklamamız sırasında ciddi bir ısınma sorunu yaşadık. Oda içinde soğuk bir rüzgar hissediliyordu ve bu durum, özellikle kış mevsiminde, konfor açısından büyük bir problem yarattı. Bu sorunu defalarca resepsiyona iletmemize rağmen, ne yazık ki durumla ilgili tatmin edici bir çözüm üretilmedi. “Kontrol ediyoruz” gibi cümlelerle geçiştirildiğimizi hissettik ve iki gün boyunca soğuk bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldık.
