The suit was complete, and it was great for family long stay, we could cook, wash clothes by machine and wash dishes with machine. The wifi was good. It has lots of voice because of its location in ground floor next to the street, but we did not have problem with it. 15 minutes away from Taksim square by walk but by steep uphill. This suit is relatively far from public transporation, but its facilities are so excellent for families.This suite is located inside a complex that its owner rents through the site.

quelques difficultés pour récupérer les clés ( pas de réponses de l’hôte en amont du séjour ni d’informations sur le numéro d’appartement, la piscine, ….) sinon l’appartement est très bien. Bon rapport qualité prix. Les équipements fonctionnent et sont pratiques. Il y a une seule piscine couverte ( propre et assez grande ) pas de piscine extérieure. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Gute Lage eines modernen Apartments
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem neuen Appartmentkomplex. Die Wohnung ist modern augestattet, jedoch sind einige Arbeiten mal wieder erforderlich. Den Pool haben wir aufgrund des starken Schimmels an der Decke im Vorraum (defekte Lüftung?!) Nicht genutzt. Die Kommunikation war leider nichr so gut. Es gab eine Standardmail welche jedoch die notwekigen Informationen (Gebäudeteil, Etage, Nummer und Code für die Schlüsselbox) nicht enthielt. Nur dank dem Receptionist haben wir mit dem Gastgeber alles klären können. Alles in allem: ok, und wenn die "Mängel" beseitigt werden, soger gut bis sehr gut. Danke!

A friend of ours selected this hotel for its convenient location and impressive amenities, but our experience fell short of expectations. As first-time visitors to Istanbul, we were disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome or helpful information upon arrival. The only staff member present was a security guard who did not speak English and was unable to assist us. Despite reaching out to the hotel via email or phone we never received a response. We were unable to enjoy the amenities that drew us to the hotel in the first place, such as the pool and spa, and found ourselves without enough blankets and a kettle in our room. Throughout our 5-day stay, we struggled to contact anyone directly for assistance, even enlisting the help of a local Turkish guide to no avail. Overall, the lack of communication and service at this hotel was disappointing. We will not be returning and would not recommend it to others
