This is a goodbudgetnproperty in an excellent location for walking to the central attractions of Isranbul. It is also close to the metro. The regular rooms are very small but manageable. The suites are very nice and closer to an American size room. The staff is kind and helpful.

Perfect location. Stayed for a few days and then travelled and property looked after excess luggage and upon return gave a room upgrade. Staff helpful. There were sewage smells in the bathroom which may just be the Istanbul system.

Great location, not very peaceful

Hotel location was great and bedrooms were good, all the basics were provided. The walls are very thin so you could hear lots of people moving around, particularly the loud cleaners who would chat away very loudly in the mornings on their phones making it impossible to lie-in.

My experience at the Golden Horn Hotel wasnt as pleasant as i expected it to be. during check in, i had to wait for 2 hours for my room to be prepared. after entering the room i have realized that it was nothing like the room from the picture. the service was ok. overall not a bad hotel. but for sure woudnt book thsi hotel again.

Superb staff, location, and comfort!

The staff of the Golden Horn made me feel right at home. Breakfast is ample and traditional; Mr. Seckin takes care of everyone and is especially good with children. Try the "menemen"--a Turkish way to eat eggs. The desk manager Erdogan is also a treat--he organized my COVID test and a hamaam visit for me, and was always ready with information and a smile. The location can't be beaten--walk to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Suleiyman mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Galata Bridge, etc. It's right on the tram line too so convenient and impossible to get lost. Finally, the rooms are comfortable, with fridge and great water pressure! I found the bed very comfortable with heavy duvet covers and plenty of pillows.

I would definitely recommend this hotel because it’s great location and very good services- most of the objectives were in walking distance and for the rest very close we had the metro station that allowed you to go basically everywhere really fast. Seckin Kaya along with his team went above and beyond to fulfill all of our requests and always with a smile on their face. A great plus was the parking space that was available in front of the hotel. We were offered masks everyday and hand sanitizer were everywhere you might need it (on the hall ,elevator, dining area)

Расположен в самом центре Стамбула, рядом в 5 минутах ходьбы Айя-София, набережная, голубая мечеть, гранд базар. В номере чисто. Работает кондиционер, поэтому в номере было тепло. Завтрак хороший, несмотря на пандемию. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить за отношение и обслуживание в этом отеле. Сычкин, был очень добр и отзывчив! А какой там шикарный вид с террасы! Очень рекомендую этот отель! Останавливайтесь там обязательно! Мы обязательно вернёмся 💛

Great stay at Golden Horn

Very happy with stay. Location was excellent, easy to walk to such sights as Hagia Sofia, Topkapi. Tram stops nearby. Lots of restaurant choice all close by. Good breakfast choice on upper level of hotel with marvelous view, friendly staff. Rooms nicely ornate but tiny. Bed was hard and towels were old, but when I asked that they be changed, hotel was very accommodating to our request. This is the Golden Horn Hotel Sirkesi. There is a second Golden Horn Istanbul hotel, so travellers need to make sure they are booking their preferred choice. Wifi works fine.
