No parking in the area, Police will not allow the cars to come in front of the hotel even though we had a paper from the hotel to allowing us. Everyone is rude, WiFi is very slow and works only 2 hours a day. I don’t recommend this place at all.

the location is good close to touristic areas. the management employees were great very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Erdal the day shift receptionist was the best. BUT the room cleaning was awful a lot of dust under the bed. in addition to discovering missing cigarette packs and someone stealing a good amount from my roommate's whisky bottle.

The staff were very nice and tried hard to fix some of the issues. The room looked great and the bed was comfortable but it was dirty. I had dropped something on the floor and realized under the bed was never swept. Like 2-3 inches of yuck. The bathroom was nice but the shower was dangerous. The shower floor was slippery and had a crack in it and would bleed out black stuff. I ended up putting a towel down so I wouldn't fall. The aircon was not cold. It was like 80-85' in my rm and only cooled off after sun went down. Finally, the wifi was very spotty. Most times had to go to lobby to do computer work. However, I was offered another room but I did not like the location and it was smaller and no difference in rm temp. On the plus side: I could wash my shirts and they would dry by the time I returned for the day. A small grocery across street offered toiletries, fruit, drinks and candy. Hotel walking distance (10-15min walk) to Bizarre and sites, tram station very close and it was safe with a descent breakfast buffet/omelet in am. The gym and lobby area were clean and actually cooler then my room.

I have stayed in this property multiple times. staff are extremly well trained, professional and more so go out of their way to help. the service is unmatchable. me and my family have no reason to stay elsewhere especially the cost of rooms are relatively speaking lot less than similare hotels. highly recommend this place specially if you are a first timer in Istanbul.

Good service and comfortable beds. We didn’t choose to pay for breakfast so I don’t know about the food. Wonderful view but only for short periods because we had to close curtains for privacy. It’s quite a distances and uphill from public transport.

The customer service wasn’t good at the time and they were very dishonest about our room picked it out ,they giving us different room and different floors from what we were looking for , and in the morning ,the manager was disrespectful and so cheap , unfortunately he lost two more weeks with us to stay in the hotel .

Our stay was for 6 nights. All of the staff were courteous, friendly & most helpful. Breakfast was a highlight with a very diverse & healthy selection.Our room was very quiet & comfortable, with the hotel in close proximity to restaurants, the light rail, which connects to major attractions in 6-7 minutes, 9-10 minutes for the Bosphorus. The manager was very generous with his time organising tours & taxi cabs, etc. We were very pleased with our hotel selection.
