Ambassador at Istanbul.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic location - the view from the rooftop restaurant is quite simply staggering. Stone throw from all the major cultural attractions. Highly recommended.

NICE & FRIENDLY STAFF NO DOUBT

the room was way small, the tv on first day didn’t work but was swiftly sorted the following day, unfortunately there was no uk channels at all only Turkish channels, so was as good as saying no tv.. overall the bed was single & very small, the lads were great inc the breakfast server, the only thing eatable really was either the boiled egg or scrambled egg on request.. rest of food wasn’t appetising enough to try.. the kitchen cook n staff were excellent.. spa prices were high but used a local sauna n hammom place around the corner.. over all the staff are nice n wil help out anyway they can.... overall it’s a choice of either a proper Hilton style hotel or at low price this is ok.. the fridge in room was also not working.. didn’t shower due to size..

Amazing location

Absolutely fabulous location to explore Istanbul from. Friendly staff and very reasonable but smart. We would definitely recommend this hotel but don't complain about small dark rooms - they are smart and clean but only a bed for the night, that's the trade off for such a great location and breakfast from on the roof terrace is breathtaking.

Great location—right next to Haiga Sophia and Biue Mosque. Staff friendly and helpful. But small rooms. Nearby restaurants also good...Guide organized by hotel excellent.
