Basic hotel
Staff was great. Location is bad and hotel quality not so great. Our taxi driver was very upset about having to take us there late at night but the alternative was to overpay for the expensive private shuttle the hotel offered. The rooms were humid, smelly, with no hot water. Not worth the money but doable for one night if you have a long lay over.

Cemal and the team at the hotel were very warm and friendly. They made us feel extremely comfortable and accommodated our requests for early check in. Extremely prompt service. They even gave us tips on staying safe while using Uber or taxis. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the premises and rooms are clean. The restaurant serves delicious food and has a good choice of options catering to most diets. The restaurant staff- Hilal was even kind to give us free Ayran drink which was not on the menu. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place near the airport

Great proximity to airport but hard to get to with rough roads. Room didn’t have an operating phone and rooms are an outdoor walk away for the front desk. No liquor license. Good clean place but not worth 200 USD

This is a great hotel for an overnight stay if you are transferring from Istanbul airport. The facilities were very modern and clean. It is about 15 min from the airport and easy to come with a taxi.

This hotel was top notch. It’s clean, it’s quiet and breakfast was excellent. They have the most comfortable beds. There is road work going to the hotel but it’s really not a deal breaker. Not to mention, the airport is only 15 minutes away. Our one night stay was perfect.

We use this hotel whenever Istanbul is our connecting flight airport and always find our stays at Menalo delightful and relaxing. Their VP shuttle service is impeccable, rooms are clean and spacious, their staff is very welcoming and helpful, the restaurant provides great authentic food options, and overall hotel premises with lots of greenery and flowers are charmingly beautiful. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to escape the chaos of multi-day travels and feel pampered and relaxed while in transit.

Staff need to be called to take your order otherwise they stand there like staues. When the food did arrive it was cold. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Cheaper hotels are of better quality and have better staff

This hotel is alcohol free, which is frankly ridiculous when you call yourself an “airport hotel”. It is also extremely conservative with regards to couples staying who are unmarried, OR who are married but don’t share a surname. Additionally, the location is remote, with no supermarkets or non-hotel food options near (or allowed). As a result the hotel restaurant price gouges beyond belief - €9 for a bottle of water!!! To attract international tourists for an airport stay and then force your religious beliefs on your guests is not ok in 2024. I do not recommend at all.

The Menalo property was stunning. Beautiful grounds, quiet, and only 15 minutes by car or taxi. The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend for someone who wants a luxury experience just a few minutes from the airport.

It's a great place to stay between flights. Very clean, stylish, new equipment, beautiful restaurant, amazing fruits. All employees are so nice and helpful. Just don't be scared when you turned from highway and drive 5 minutes till the hotel, it's a village road even with dogs. They looks so poor and unhappy. It made me sad :(. Very recommend this hotel, love it!

We are on the one night stay for a flight transfer. I chose it because of the closeness to the airport. Very disappointed that it’s not made clear that this hotel doesn’t sell or serve alcohol and it’s not even very close to any shops so after a long journey we’d like to have had a nice glass of wine with dinner. I think should make Clare that this hotel does not have alcohol. Saying that it wasn’t a bad day the room was big and the staff upgraded us.
