Hello Mr. Martin Actually you made two reservations in two different companies.By the way in the same building we have more than 4 different companies. In the first day your reservation was in our company (MY PALACE ROOMS HOTEL), and we made your check in as usual with out any problems as you remmber. In the second day your reservation was in (ELIT) comapany, they did not make your check in as i remmber due to some procedures which they follow. Maybe you did not recognize we are separated in our mangment but i explained that for you when you came.
